Peter Amor landlord of The Barrel’s said: “It’s amazing just how popular the festival has become over the last two decades. Mr Amor who is also chairman of the Society of Independent Brewers also praised the beers that were showcased at the festival and competed in SIBA’s Wales and the West beer competition. “The quality of beers being brewed by our members is setting ever higher standards and attracting an increasing number of consumers to enjoy traditionally brewed beers. “Beer festivals such as this are a marvellous shop window for all that is best about our industry and help us promote the craft to a wider audience.
