Bulgarian Brewery ‘Boliarka’ to Launch Weiss Beer

It differs from the ordinary lager beer in that it contains wheat malt and is reacher in proteins. That is why it gives more energy when consumpted. According to the executive officer of "Boliarka" Anton Nenov the production of the beer will be a joint venture between the Bulgarian brewery and the Beverage Institute in Berlin. This year the company invested about 5 mln.
