He was arrested and charged with driving without a license possession of marijuana and driving under the influence said a spokesperson for DA Richard Brown… when he was grabbed from behind by the neck by an attacker who rifled his pockets and took $300 and a digital camera that had been clipped to his waistband sources said. A second man picked up a beer bottle from the street and hit him in the face cops said. The man was hospitalized and treated for cuts and bruises sources said. Armed with a description cops caught up with the robber and two accomplices nearby. Arrested were Elmar Juarez 34 Goani Juarez 31 and Sowlis Mallto 27 all of Queens. They were charged with robbery said a DA spokesperson.
