html A 59-year-old Houston man has been charged with fatally stabbing another man on New Year’s Day during an argument over a six-pack of beer police said. Michael Cisneros is accused of killing Serapio Chavez 39 of Houston. According to investigators Chavez and two of his friends were drinking beer at Cisneros’ house in the 8000 block of Tuffly about 5:40 p. when Chavez told Cisneros he was leaving and decided to take a six-pack of beer Cisneros had purchased.

PLICE: Beer run suspect flees with children in SUV
KVIA TX 
Investigators said the suspect had his children inside his white Cadillac Escalade while he attempted to flee police. Michael Martinez 25 of the 200 block of Collingsworth was arrested and charged with Theft Evading Arrest or Detention and Abandoning and Endangering a Child. He was booked into the El Paso County Detention Center under a $6250 bond.
