“At that point I asked Jonathan if he had been drinking. To which he stated he had been drinking some beers. I asked how many beers to which Jonathan said he had 10 beers earlier as he was celebrating prom with his friends. Caruso 18 pleaded not guilty today in Lynn District Court to charges of motor vehicle homicide by reckless operation operating under the influence of alcohol and being a minor unlawfully transporting alcohol. He declined to comment as he left court with his family this afternoon after posting $7500 cash bail. Caruso is accused of killing Carol Marean 67 who died on Essex Street after suffering blunt force trauma to her head and torso fracturing her spine and lacerating her liver according to the police report.

Pizza-and-beer event to support Relay For Life

Wednesday at Shakey’s Pizza 11530 Washington Blvd. In order for the Relay For Life team to get 25 percent off the total sale participants must mention that they are attending the Colon Cancer Prevention Alliance Pizza Dinner. The relay team will participate in the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life on June 20 and 21 at California High School.

The man said he looked out the window and saw an unknown white male walking away from the house carrying a grocery sack. The roommate woke up the other people living in the house to see if they knew the person or had heard the person Huntley said. No one else did she said and all that was missing from the home was the beer. The roommate described the man as wearing blue jeans a long-sleeve shirt and a gray baseball cap Huntley said.
