Beer chicken make a cookout

I would center it around being outside if the weather permits. Look at the grill for a nice quick meal that is easy to clean up so you have time to enjoy your friends. ne thing someone showed me a long time ago that is fast easy and wonderful is beer-can chicken on the grill. You buy a whole chicken and season the outside with your favorite seasoning. I like to use garlic salt and pepper with a little onion powder and put a nice coating on the outside. Then stand the chicken on its open end over an open can of beer. The key to this is to open the end where the neck is and take of the excess neck skin.

Take beer for example. Cheaper beer has been flying off the shelves within the past year and alcohol retailers are hoping the trend continues this weekend according to Nancy White spokeswoman for the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America. “I’ve heard trends are picking up overall” White said. “The alcohol industry has been somewhat recession-proof. “White noted that people are buying more alcohol for the home and opting not to order that extra glass of wine when they go out which has left restaurants and bars in somewhat of a downward trend. “People are buying more from package stores and buying more (alcohol) on their own” she said.
