(AP) – A Klamath Falls woman sentenced to house arrest for criminally negligent homicide in the death of an 18-year-old man has been arrested for violating the terms of her sentencing agreement. Klamath County authorities told the Herald and News newspaper that 33-year-old Roberta Tamcke was arrested Monday afternoon after it was confirmed by video surveillance that she purchased beer on the Fourth of July. They said she also admitted drinking the beer. Tamcke pleaded guilty last week in the death of Emilio Alfaro who crashed his car into a telephone pole after leaving a party. Tamcke bought 180 cans of beer for the underage gathering. The judge at last week’s sentencing ordered Tamcke to stay away from alcohol and educate others about its dangers. District Attorney Ed Caleb said after the sentencing that Tamcke could get 18 months in prison if she messes up.
